Pregnancy with Diabetes

It is observed that sometimes the blood sugar levels are increased during pregnancy. This problems is referred to as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM).

If it happens during early pregnancy , then the chances of miscarriage increases or there may be congenital anomalies in the baby.

And if it happens in late pregnancy then the chances of complications during deliveries increases.
